Information Form and Application

Attached please find the information page, entry form and waiver regarding the upcoming USA Judo Coach Education and Certification Clinic being held Saturday, February 9, 2013. This clinic will be hosted at the Yamasaki Academy located directly off Port Royal Road in North Springfield, Virginia. The clinic will have a very impressive group expert clinicians covering various subjects related to coaching. You will not want to miss this clinic because might be a while before an this opportunity comes along again locally.  If you are not certified, now is the time. If you are already certified you might be able to upgrade your USA Judo Coach level.

Being a certified coach is very important. Without being a certified coach you cannot sit mat side to coach your player at any National level or higher tournament. It may also have a direct bearing on your leadership position at the dojo, rank promotions, club registration, professional, legal, and more. So if this applies to you in any way I highly recommend your attendance at this clinic. This clinic will be well organized offering a quality agenda with expert clinicians taking the lead.

Again, please read the attached information thoroughly, follow all of the instructions, and be on time. I will be processing your paperwork for the clinic between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Feel free to contact Maurice Allan or me if you have any questions.

Please feel free to pass this attachment along to others who may benefit.

I hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Michael W. Landstreet
